Add the Fox Covert Farm Hemp Hearts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut to a food processor. Process until you have a flaky, crumb-like consistency.
Add the pitted dates, nut butter of choice, and sea salt to the food processor. Process until a thick, sticky dough forms. If the mixture looks too chunky, add a small splash of warm water and process again.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, leaving it overhanging at least two sides for easy removal. Tip the dough into the tray and press firmly and evenly until flat and compact. Take your time to really work it in.
